Mediation, coaching and training as the focus of my professional work grew out of many years as a managing director, project developer, press officer and marketing expert in various companies and institutions.

I work in a process-oriented manner and use various creative and visual methods of communication to elucidate the topic, much of which I acquired during my work at the theater and through art therapy education.
